We store any information you enter on our website after you conclude a booking process and some of the information you give us via email, phone, live chat or personal. This includes information about your travel dates and information that can identify you like your first and last name, telephone number and email address.

Since we use exclusively PayPal as our online payment processor we do not receive and/or store any information about your credit card like the credit card number, cardholder name, expiration date and security number.

We may also request information about the company you used to book your hotel, the name you used for the hotel registration and your room number. You can choose not to provide information to us, but in general some information is required in order for you to complete our online booking form, subscribe to our newsletter, send us a contact form or initiate a live chat session.

We do not obtain any information about you from other third-party sources.

We automatically see but do not collect some information about your computer when you visit our website. We may share your information exclusively with tour providers, who fulfill your excursion bookings, domestic airlines who fulfill your regular or charter flight bookings and the insurance company if you bought our Traveler Medical Assistance Plan. This information is limited to your name, birthdate hotel and room number. We will not share your information with anybody else.

Our website uses cookies exclusively for our live chat support to recognize you as a previous visitor.  These cookies will not contain any personal information but only show us which pages and how often you visited www.shopytours.com in the past.
